Use of information
Information is used to operate accounts and listings, facilitate communication and translations, process Premium status, review reports, prevent abuse and provide support.
Public and private information
Approved listings and shop information may be public. Contact information you choose to publish can be visible. Shop contact details require sign-in and an individual reveal, limited to 10 reveals per hour per user. Do not publish sensitive information.
Service providers
Hosting, authentication, storage, AI translation, email and payment providers process information necessary for their services. Premium payments are processed through PayMe. We do not store full payment-card details on the site.
Cookies and preferences
A language-preference cookie and local storage remember your chosen language. Authentication and essential site functions may also use browser storage. You can delete cookies in your browser, but some functions may then require signing in again.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained as needed to provide the service, review abuse and meet legal obligations. Deleted listings are removed from public site views and their exclusively used media is removed. Some records may need to be retained where legally required.
