The site was built for advertising, marketing, sales and finding people around the world.
The system is not responsible for sales and therefore we do not charge commissions.
The transaction is directly between the seller and buyer only.
We will do our best to protect users from fraud and spammers.
Section 7 - Service Closure and Refunds
- Premium Lifetime means the lifetime of the service.
- Full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- If we close the service within 12 months of your purchase, you receive a pro-rated refund: $100 minus $8.33 for each active month.
- After 12 months from purchase - no refund if the service closes.
- We may close the service to new users at any time with 14 days notice (maintenance mode).
- All user data is deleted within 30 days of final closure.
14. ACCOUNT TERMINATION FOR VIOLATION & NO REFUND POLICY
14.1. The Company reserves the right to permanently suspend or terminate any user account, store, or listing, without prior notice, if the user engages in any of the following: (a) Spamming, including mass messaging, unsolicited advertising, or posting duplicate/repetitive content; (b) Inappropriate, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or illegal behavior; (c) Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
14.2. In the event of termination due to spam or inappropriate conduct as defined in Section 14.1, the user's account and all associated data, stores, and ads will be permanently deleted.
14.3. No Refund: Any fees paid, including but not limited to the one-time $100 lifetime membership fee, are non-refundable in case of termination for violation of these Terms. The user shall not be entitled to any refund, compensation, or claim for damages.
14.4. The Company's decision regarding termination under this section is final and not subject to appeal.
